last time I tried to release the track I was blocked by some latency and timeout issues. Chapel compiler has improved quite a bit, maybe worht retaking a look |

Yeah, the GHA test CI ran each exercise for an average of 8 seconds. The test runner gets 20 seconds so I think you're in a good place. |
